Job Duties:
– Maintaining working components through repair or replacement;
– Monitoring clicks, links, usability, and overall status of the company webpage, landing pages, and supporting pages;
– Installing and upgrading anti-virus software to ensure security at the user level;
– Assisting call-ins or live chat with technical difficulties;
– Preparing websites for clients with proper coding and content pertinent to clients business needs;
– Assisting customers, clients, and staff with hardware and software challenges;
– Performing tests and evaluations of new software and hardware;
– Providing support to users and clients and being the first point of contact for error reporting;
– Communicating with customers as required: keeping them informed of incident progress, notifying them of impending changes, or agreed outages;
– Installing and configuring hardware and software components to ensure usability;
– Creating websites for clients and meeting their expectations;
– Managing technical documentation;
– Conducting daily backup operations;
– Determining the structure and design of web pages for clients;
– Optimizing clients web pages for maximum speed and scalability;
– Building reusable code for future use;
– Ensuring web designs are optimized for smartphones.

Special Skills or Requirements:
– Master’s Degree in science;
– 2 years of experience in IT or web development;
– Ability to work under the pressure and within time limits;
– Understanding of key design principles;
– Good problem-solving skills.
