The Job:
IT Technician
The Challenge:
The IT Technician will serve as a partner to internal Pharmapacks employees by providing key IT and helpdesk support
What You’ll Do:
-Provide timely, accurate and customer friendly Level 1 and 2 IT support to all internal Pharmapacks employees
-Manage help desk tickets by ensuring all tickets are handled in a timely and accurate manner
– Resolve internal printer and networking issues in a timely and accurate manner
What You Need to Succeed:
-6 years of prior experience providing Level 1 and 2 IT support to an employee base of 300 or more
-Strong understanding of how networks work
-Strong understanding of DNS and DHCP
-Must be familiar with Active Directory
-Strong understanding of how to complete break fix situations
-Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suites
-College Education preferred
-Understanding of SOPHOS, Firewall and PFSense knowledge preferred
-IT related certifications preferred
