We are seeking a highly motivated candidate to provide excellent customer service for Coppertone Suncare products in specific retail chains. You will play a key role in assisting to identify client needs, present and answer questions about our products and recommend solutions. You must possess strong communication skills and a positive attitude with a desire to promptly resolve potential customer issues to be successful in this role. Ultimately, you will ensure that customers leave our accounts satisfied and purchasing our products.
Responsibilities
- Routine store visits within in an assigned territory
- Provide accurate information (e.g. demographics, what products are selling? /not selling? product knowledge, pricing and after-sales services)
- Answer customers’ questions about specific products/services
- Conduct competitive analysis within your territory
- Ensure racks are fully stocked and tagged
- Coordinate with the Suncare Sales Representative to provide excellent customer service (especially during peak times)
- Inform customers about discounts and special offers
- Provide customer feedback to the Store Manager
- Set up and maintain product displays to schematics
Requirements
- Proven work experience as a Retail Merchandiser, Sales Associate or similar role
- Understanding of the retail sales process
- Knowledge of inventory stocking procedures
- Ability to lift 25 pounds
- Ability to walk, bend, stand, kneel, and reach for extended periods of time
- Excellent communication skills, capable of building trusting relationships
- Ability to perform in a fast-paced environments
- Flexibility to work various shifts
- Must be 18 years or older
- Drivers license
Job Types: Part-time, Temporary
Salary: $15 – $16 hourly
