Counter Person:
We are looking for responsible, professional, organized, energetic & outgoing candidates to join our team.
Minimum of 2 years of food service related experience is required for this position.
Must be punctual, clean-cut & a have a strong work ethic.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
– providing a perfect service experience for every customer
– oversee counter operations & staff
– setting up counter each morning, ensuring take down each night
– develop crew schedules
– maintain counter food (temperature & appearance)
– maintain soda, coffee and dairy case areas
– assist & oversee retail area
– assist & oversee customer seating area (tables)
– knowledge of the menu, answer questions and offer suggestions
– assist in keeping the counter & restaurant clean at all times
– ability to work in a team environment
– taking orders face-to-face
– warming & serving food
– expedite back of house orders
– coordinate deliveries of food with drivers
– various daily chores
– Board of Health knowledge a plus – (classes offered)
Hours: 10AM – 8PM (varies during holidays)
